It's a common tactic of the devil to try to make us feel unworthy of God's love ❤️ and grace. But I'm here to remind you that no matter what doubts or fears may try to hold you back, God's love for you is unconditional and unchanging.<br /><br />The devil likes to plant 🌱 seeds of doubt in our minds, telling us that we're not good enough or that God doesn't care about our problems. But the truth is, God wants us to come to Him with our fears and doubts. He wants to be our rock, our refuge, and our comforter in times of trouble. 💯<br /><br />#HopeLighthouse #Hope4Fremont

We become so attached to our material possessions that we begin to derive our sense of security from them 💯. We believe that if we have enough money, enough things, or enough status, then we will be safe and secure. But this way of thinking is flawed. ❌<br /><br />In Matthew 6:19-21 📖, Jesus teaches us, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."<br /><br />This verse reminds us that our true security is not found in material possessions but in the eternal treasures of heaven ⬆️. Whether it's a promotion at work, the love 💛 of family and friends, or simply waking up each day with breath in our lungs, we know that these blessings are not a result of our own efforts but rather are gifts from our heavenly Father.<br /><br />In James 1:17, we are reminded that "every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." We are not ❌ to give in order to receive, but to give out of love and generosity, just as Christ gave His life for us. It's easy to fall into the trap of pride, especially when we experience success or receive praise 🙏 from others. When we come before our God, we are confronted with His holiness and our own sinfulness. His righteousness exposes our unrighteousness, and His love ❤️ exposes our pride and selfishness.<br /><br />But, praise be to God, He doesn't leave us in our sin and shame. He offers us forgiveness and a new life through faith in Jesus Christ ✝️. When we repent and believe in Jesus, we are reconciled to God and given the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.<br /><br />#HopeLighthouse #Hope4Fremont

We need to turn back to our first love ❤️ and to rekindle our passion for God. We need to repent of our sins and our distractions, and to refocus our hearts and minds on Him.<br /><br />The good news is that God is not ❌ afraid of us. Through His death ✝️, He made a way for us to be reconciled to God, and He became the bridge that connects us to our Creator.<br /><br />When we put our faith in Christ, we are no longer separated from God by our sin and brokenness.
